Today I ll teach you how to make soya chunks chilly restaurant style..
For making this recipe we need chopped onion, tomato, garlic, green coriander, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, basil leaves, soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, soaked soya chunks, wheat flour paste and salt according to taste.
now first add soaked soya chunks in wheat flour paste and fry them nicely..
Now we ll heat oil and fry chopped onion in a pan, then add garlic, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, basil leaves or tulsi ke patte and add tomato and cook it.. after vegetables get fried add fried soya chunks in it and cook it nicely. After adding soya chunks cook it for 5- 10 mins more..
now this soya cilly (recipe) is ready to serve..
