Today I ll teach you how to make jack fruit kofte or kathaal ke kofte in indian style..
For making this cutlet firstly we need to boil jack fruit or kathaal and mash it. add garlic and ginger paste, mix it well now add ajwain, turmeric powder, besan or gram flour, square shape chopped onion, cumin, cumin powder, and salt according to taste, chopped green coriander Now mix all ingredients very well. leave it for half an hour and fry it. take water in bowl add kafte in that bowl leave it for 10-15 minutes so the kofte will become soft.
For gravy we need paste of 2 tomatoes and 1 onion, paste of gram flour, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt according to taste. if u want sour gravy add soaked tamarind in it.
Now we ll heat oil in fry pan, add onion tomato paste and fry it, add powder spices in it and fry it properly. now add gram flour paste in it and cook it for few minutes when its start boiling add fried kofte in it now add tamarind. again cook it for 10 minutes. Now it ready, u can serve it.
